    "Acme put a new metal roof on my home last year. It was a difficult job on a very steep roof on some really hot days. While everything was not entirely to our satisfaction at first, Hector (the owner), worked through it with us to make sure all of our issues were resolved. He even helped us get in touch with the material manufacturer when we had installation and warranty questions. No one else could get a hold of them. While there were moments of frustration, I appreciated that Hector was always willing to talk things through and find a solution. During our roofing journey, several friends and family members also had roof work done by other companies. They all had issues as well, but the companies they picked did not make things right in the same way. There are a lot of things that can go wrong in roofing, but there aren't many owners like Hector."

    "Acme was great to work with up until the roof installation was completed. It took them about 2 days and a half to finish the new roof replacement however. Inside of our garage multiple redwood pieces were broken off in addition to damage caused to our laminate roofing on the side of our home in which they took ownership and stated they would fix it however. Its not been about 2 months since the roof has been replaced and they have not fixed there mistakes like they said they would. They keep giving us the work around on when they will comeout and then become unresponsive. If you decide to get work done with Acme make sure you inspect your house post installation and make them repair any issues on the spot."

    "I cannot recommend highly enough! I compared SIX bids for an extensive roof and gutter replacement. Acme was baseline less expensive, and they agreed to paint and do carpentry all of the other roofing companies refused to do. They did the work of three companies - had I hired a different roofing company, I would have had to hire a general contractor and house painter. So not only were they cheaper, but I didn't have to interview and hire anyone else! Additionally, they answered my incessant emails and phone calls, were courteous and polite, and were superior in every aspect to the five other companies who came out to the house. I also had guidance from my brother-in-law, who is a general contractor in New Mexico, who looked at the bids and told me Acme was the best. I had a roof to replace, extensive and difficult carpentry, eaves to rebuild, rotten ends of beams to saw off, all on a three story mountain house on uneven ground. Acme were the only ones who told me they would paint the wood they replaced- all of the other companies told me I would have to hire another company. They were the only ones who told me they would rebuild the eaves the previous owner sawed off. They were baseline less expensive, and the total bill was $18K less than the highest estimate a competitor gave me. Let that sink in, $18,000 less. And that competitor wanted me to hire two more companies in addition to his! The roof was the second most expensive purchase of my life to this point, so I really spent a lot of time comparing these six companies. I would not have known what a good deal I was getting if I hadn't had five other bids and all the data in front of me to compare. Absolutely, I got the best deal, I didn't have to hire 3 companies and Acme did all of it, and they did it for less. Check out the before and after pictures to see what a stellar job they did! I hope these guys get a ton of work; this is a bonkers good company."
