    "When you work with Bayside Exteriors, they treat you like family. A few years back, my livingroom ceiling collapsed due to a wonky roof. I called Amanda in a panic and she set the wheels in motion to help me. She was indeed my hero that day! My roof was repaired until I could afford the complete replacement. Any time I have a question or concern all I need to do is call and Amanda makes sure that someone is at my door quickly and professionally. When the company owner personally climbs up on your roof to check something, you KNOW you have a contractor for life. They stand behind their work.     "We had a shed roof done by a local general contractor a little more than 2 years ago. Bayside provided the shingles to match the roof that Bayside installed on the house. I called the office and Janitza and Amanda went to great lengths to find the old order. They found the shingle manufacturer and color. They had to call to the manufacturer to get the matching shingles because the shingles were no longer being produced. They found our shingles! I was very impressed with their commitment to customer service!"
