    "Quality, responsive and honest. Noticed a water stain on the ceiling. Roof is typical shingle design 15 years old. First contractor looked in the attic and inspected the room. Said we had several leaks and needed a new roof ~$14K. Called Brinkman and their inspector visited within 2 days of call. Went in the attack and told me to climb just to the top of the ladder. There was an obvious large hole where the roof vent cover was no longer present. He said the rest was fine and roof should last another 3 to 5 years. Repair 3 days later for $700."
