    "What a team effort! They were with us the whole way battling insurance. 18 months after derecho we finally got approved for our roof, another year after that we got siding replaced for half our home inspite having elite coverage. The office staff was welcoming, encouraging and assisted with any questions we had. Heck the owner called us one day when he was about to board an airplane. Once the ball rolled things went fast! The project manager kept us posted and the crew were very friendly as well as doing a wonderful job! Hopefully we won't need any repairs in the future, but if we don't we will be calling DIVISION 7! Thanks!❤️"

    "**Update #2- our roof was installed just a week or two before the temps were too cold. Then we got the bill for the tarping and they tried charging $1000 to tarp approximately 1/3 of a roof!! Definitely a company all about taking advantage of the customer and I'd never recommend them. *Update: it's been 3 weeks since we signed our contract(when we were told supplies would be in because there were plenty available and they were having no issues with supplies) and our order for supplies hasn't even been placed because they can't find a place with our shingles in stock. So now it's pretty much a guarantee that our roof won't be fixed before winter...super!** When telling the lady on the phone about Mark's guarantee she said that he's a salesman and his job is to just get the sale. She also mentioned all of the turnover the company was having. Mark has been ABSOLUTELY amazing and he hasn't even fixed our roof yet. He's been going into battle against our insurance company. I can't tell him how much I appreciate his expertise and dedication to his customers. I have no doubt that once he can finally get to fixing our roof that it will be perfect. I can't say enough about how impressed I am"
