    "The people we dealt with were nice (so two starts for that), the ongoing leak that we spent $4,000 out of pocket to fix is not. We were told this expensive fix would stop the leak. It did not. They came out and blamed the gutters, then said they sealed them and it should be good now. Well we still have a leak and now they say it's the gutters and they can't do anything. The porch roof they replaced is very small, maybe 6'x4', for $4K I would not expect an ongoing leak. Won't be recommending them to anyone."

    "Scheduled an appointment online today. I had to drive 50 miles to get there and they did not show. Called after 40 minutes and someone said they needed more information. Also said they had called. Funny thing, there were no recent calls on my phone. They had already asked many questions online. Probably felt the job was too small. I mean what difference does it make if you are coming to estimate storm damage? Only listed one of the rentals online. What they thought was a 1500 square foot job was actually over 10,000 square feet. When you disrespect the value of time, you will never get their jobs."
