    "I had Hale Roofing do a repair job on a rubber roof May 2022, the worker they sent was fairly new in doing roofing and when he was done I could look through the repair from the inside of the house and see sunlight. I called to let Hale Roofing know the situation and sent them photos and they claimed it was normal. Of course the leak was still there. Needless to say they have been to my house 9 times and it is still leaking. I have talked with them about some form of reimbursement of the 5,000.00 I invested into this repair since this is still an issue. I will say the guys I have talked to have been very workable and willing to come back out to the house and try to fix it. That is why I gave two stars instead of one. I am sure they are great on complete installations but when it comes to repairs and stand behind the work is a different story."

    "Hale Roofing completed a full roof installation that included copper flashing work and reuse of other copper flashing and valleys. I was very particular in the way I wanted the job done. Rich was the first person I met with and he was great. He listened to what I wanted and how I wanted it done and he assured me that it would be done as I expected. He provided a reasonable quote and worked with me throughout the project. Merlyn was the job foreman and was wonderful to work with. He understood what I wanted and had the experience and skill to complete the copper work required. His team included Dennis, Corey, and Kyle. Together, Merlyn's team did an excellent and quality job. They were friendly, careful, professional, and easy to work with. They kept the worksite clean and repaired any yard damage that occurred do to the soft ground. I could not have asked for a better team or company to complete this job - I highly recommend them. This is how a roofing company should operate! I will be using Hale Roofing again in the future."
