    "I hired A-1 to do a roof inspection on a house I was considering buying. I had already made an offer, but the inspection revealed some serious roof issues. I had a conversation with the person at A-1, and as a result of the inspection results, made a counter offer. At that point the seller decided to replace the roof and take the house off the market. So, while I didn't employ A-1 to do any work on the house, their advice and counsel saved me from making a potentially costly mistake. I would definitely consider them for any work on the home I ended up buying!"
