    "When I first contacted Mike Sainz (Owner of All Superior Roofing) regarding a new roof and new gutter estimate, he responded within 24 hours. All Superior Roofing is one of the highest rated roofers in the area. Of the 3 estimates that I received, All Superior Roofing was the lowest. During the estimate meeting at the property, they discovered a few things of concern that the other companies missed. One was a design flaw in the way that the old gutters were placed. Mike came to my house to review the contract and answer any questions that I had. Mike and his crew had done several roof replacements for people that I know and they highly recommended All Superior. After about an 7-8 week wait, Mike contacted me that I was next in line for his services. The communication between Mike and me were the best that I have every experienced with any business. He updated me when the materials were orders and received. He sent me updates with photos of the work done, at the end of every day. Mike's crew were on time, polite and professional. They did everything in the contract including replacing any bad wood found. The workmanship was outstanding. His crew installs the shingles the old fashion way... using hammers and not nail guns. They cleaned up at the end of every workday and when the job was completed. Mike inspected the work that was done and made sure it was done to my satisfaction.
