Once they tore up a small piece of the old roof to be removed and had a better idea of what they were working with, some modifications needed to be made but they were reasonable with the adjustment.     "This company is the epitome of good business. When I called for a quote I spoke to Jon , he came right on time for the estimate and was fully prepared. I was waiting for him to let me know when he would be able to climb on the roof and take a look but he had already done that with the drone which I thought was amazing! He was able to take great before pictures in detail. He thoroughly explained each step and was completely transparent on what exactly is going on and needed to be done. Communicating with him was extremely easy and gave me a lot of confidence in who I was to choose for the job. It was hands-down a no-brainer. The clear communication the explaining in detail the reliability of every time I called or text with a question. We decided to use the company and I was extremely happy with the results it looks amazing it's brand new and most importantly it wasn't a Band-Aid roof repair. It was a thorough down to the bone rebuild re-insulate back up and probably the best thing I ever did. I'm so glad that I chose this company Jon was wonderful and very helpful and if I had to do it again I would choose this company over and over. 5 stars! Other businesses should take notes!"
