    "I couldn't be happier with the tear-off and re-roof job that CDM did for me last week. Tracy's bid wasn't the lowest but included more protective materials than the other three contractors and included some potential sheathing replacement. After talking with him, I felt sure that he would do the most inclusive, best job for my needs--which he did. Tracy is an expert which shows through his great attention to detail and realization of potential issues. CDM's crew did an excellent job removing the existing shingles and removing/replacing four skylights along with flashing and vents. The cleanup was excellent. The next day you couldn't event tell they had been here except for the great looking roof. As a satisfied customer, I highly recommend Tracy's Company CDM Roofing."
