    "We had Charm City (and several other roofers) out to assess our roof after storm damage for a possible repair. Not only was Charm City the fastest to get us scheduled and come out (two day turn around!) They were the only group to thoroughly inspect the roof and spend time with us explaining the condition of our roof, why it couldn't be repaired and the recommended course of actions. We were given a rough quote on the spot for full replacement and a finalized quote later that night which made our decision so much easier. Charm City's price was the most competitive, their invoice was detailed and itemized and they were completely transparent through the whole process. Their crew was incredibly efficient and did a FANTASTIC job cleaning up the job site. We have multiple dogs and I was concerned about nails and debris. Every last piece was picked up and disposed of. We're looking forward to referring them to friends & family and plan to have them come out next year to replace the roof on our detached garage."
