    "Worked with Bryan here on storm damage related to hailstorm. Lots of good communications, correspondence and visits to my home! Was patient and understanding with my dealing with some insurance related issues. Crew overall did a good job on the roof. I'm particular and appreciate not having to deal with a bunch of unnecessary malarkey(Ha). Quality shingles and other materials were used. Didn't force or expect me to use something other than what I wanted. Ultimately I went with the color of shingle Bryan believed the best match for my home. They look awesome and aren't cheap, inferior products that are sometimes peddled. A bit of a delay getting my roof done (mostly due to high temperatures). You don't want people up on your roof rushing things in the heat. A separate crew later came in and did the gutters. There wasn't a bunch of trash left around my yard to deal with that can sometimes be an issue with contractors. The trucker from ABC Building Supply who delivered materials from Lincoln took care to call me advance of the delivery as he was on the way and took the time to listen and place items where I wanted them not at all inconvenienced. Was able to provide a forklift to make it all work better for everyone. We successfully negotiated a workable deal. An example of what can be achieved together when the desire is there to do it. One thing I would suggest is more professionally prepared estimates rather than the hand written ones (Like I say, I'm picky). Wild caught Salmon would be nice too, but hey. ; ) I'm appreciative when company representatives conduct themselves professionally absent "ethical flexibility". I had a lot of questions and expected a lot. Yet, they served me well and tolerated my high expectations. That's what you want to look for and how one deserves to be treated challenges kept to a minimum with the fewest headaches! *All my reviews are independent and are based on my own personal experiences with the aim of accuracy and being truthful.
