    "Colton was great on the initial estimate. I got really busy and didn't get back to him in a timely manner. I called him on Monday and he seemed a little stand offish in the beginning of the call, I asked him if he took payments or something and he explained what he could do. I couldn't get the courage to tell him I'm on a fixed budget (SS) and that I couldn't come up with money for the full amount up front. I really need gutters since the dogs are tracking in mud. I wish we could of worked something out, but I still would recommend CTE. Thanks Colton."

    "Signed a contract to have all of our work completed in a 30 day time frame from hail storm in June, contractor had shingles deliver and sat in driveway for three weeks before roofing crew showed up. Contacted rep with company 10 times and told every time roofer would be there in a few days. Called owner of company and never got a call back but rep called right away and had roofers on site a week later, roofers didn't put vented shingles all the way across garage roof and contacted rep once again and told the rep I was working with had been fired so started over with another rep. New rep said shingles are done that way or warranty is void so I asked for paperwork to show that and was never given anything that stated shingles are to be done the way they did it. The new rep stated our gutters would be put on in two weeks after roofing was done because old rep didn't order materials but old rep told me they would be there the Monday after roofing was done. It took company 7 weeks from the time shingles were dropped off in our driveway to do repairs they stated would be done in 30 days. I went to office to pay my bill and never haggled the price but asked for some type of other repair to forget their terrible service and communication and was told that contract stated 30 days from roof repairs, owner was of course conveniently not there when I paid the bill. I would stay away from this company and their terrible communication skills!"

    "We had a miscommunication between us and our insurance company. We called CTE and Austin came out and inspected our roof and took care of the miscommunication between us and the insurance company. Thanks to Austin we are pleased with both CTE and the insurance company."
