    "About a year ago, Deschutes Roofing was contracted to replace the roof on my house. Upon delivery of material, the delivery truck broke the sidewalk in front of my house. The delivery driver placed a cone over the hole. I was assured that the hole would be filled before they finished their work. The hole was never filled. I filled the hole, and the cone sat on the sidewalk for a month. Deschutes Roofing never scheduled a final inspection until after I called a month later when their delivery driver, delivering material for my neighbor's house, removed the cone from my sidewalk. I was assured again during the final inspection, that Deschutes Roofing would replace my sidewalk. It's been a year now and my sidewalk remains broken. Deschutes Roofing refuses to follow up on any of my inquiries on when my sidewalk will be replaced for a year now."
