    "We have called them twice to come to our home to check our roof for any damages. Never received a call back from them. I guess they only want to install new roofs?"

    "Not what I hoped for. I got a "notice that if the balance wasn't paid within 10 days a lien would be place on my house and I had 10 days to dispute discrepancies, they hadn't even began my roof. After waiting for a date for my project for 5wks I requested my deposit back. They found time for my roof, they left after 2 days with my roof incomplete, of course it rained then so I had to cover my roof. A week later they called me and they didn't realize my roof wasn't done. They came back and finished. They didn't replace the 10 sheets of plywood I signed for. They left trash around my house and a cigarette butt on my roof, some fasteners were left exposed. I didn't get a final walk through or anything when they were done. They didn't recognize a $5k payment until I pointed it out. They made everything right in the end but I had to supervise them at each turn. I tried hard to like them. Communication and professionalism were not present through my experience."

    "Our roof is only 3 years old, and has had 3 leaks. We contacted them, and they basically shrugged their shoulders and said it's out of warranty, oh well, despite evidence it was done poorly in the first place. I left multiple voicemails for a supervisor, that went unreturned. I was only able to speak to a lower level manager. We had 3 different contractors come look at our roof, and they were shocked at the poor job Diversified did. One even asked if we hired a handyman for the roof, or an actual licensed professional! Another said the roof looked 15 years old already, and another was kind enough to film in detail all of the poor workmanship issues and damages the roof has sustained in just three years. Homeowners insurance of course denied the claim, because they won't cover poor workmanship from a contractor; It was that obvious to them how bad this roof was. Don't go through the stress we did, stay far away from this company."
