    "On Saturday, February 11, 2023, the skylight in my home started leaking due to a heavy rainstorm. This was the first time in the nearly twenty years we have lived in this residence that the skylight leaked. The ceiling was being damaged by the leak. I immediately called the only roofing service that I knew. I placed a call to the roofer's office, cell phone and email but did not received a response. I attributed this to being the weekend. On Monday, I did receive a call from the roofer mentioned above. They could not provide service until Friday, February 24th nor could or would they help me with caulking the skylight. Other calls were made on Monday to other roofing companies with no success. Running out of options on Monday, I did a google search and found the Dunning Roofing website where I could send an email. I have had no success in the past with sending an email via a company's website. To my surprise, I received a call back from Dunning Roofing within the hour. And to my further surprise, I was told by the company ref, Nina, that someone would be out on Tuesday to seal my skylight and that happened as I was told. We had a major rainstorm on Thursday and additional days with no leaks. Due to the age of my skylight, I wanted to replace it. Dunning Roofing gave me a quote on a new skylight, and it was installed this past week by Omar who did an excellent job. The service that Dunning Roofing has in every way exceeded my expectations for customer service and I would recommend their services to anyone that has a roofing issue. Dunning Roofing does what they say they will do - provide customer service that will exceed your expectations."

    "I was very satisfied with the roof replacement. Luis and his crew were very hard workers replacing 38 square of shingles in 2 days. Tiffany did an excellent job scheduling the job and supplies. Also the cleanup was great . All the trash was removed and a magnet was used to find loose tacks and nails in the grass."
