    "Roof repair seems decent, I definitely didn't climb up on the roof to check it afterwards. That's the whole reason for calling a roofer in the first place, I don't want to go up on the roof anymore. However, the customer service, from whoever answers the phone is appalling! Just based on that alone I'll will never use their services again. Nor would I recommend them to anyone I know."

We had the siding replaced on our home and from the start we received outstanding customer service answering all our questions prior to starting the work keeping us up to date on every step, before starting and after completion. Mr. Roland Case developed a 3D presentation for our project which made it easy for us to make the right choice. We decided to go with the JamesHardie product. They are all professionals at their job, always showed up on time and completed the replacement in less time that had been planned. After everything had been finished all equipment was removed and my property was cleaned up. Our house looks AMAZING!!!! We recommend EXTERIOR PROS to everyone. Thank you for a job well done!!!"
