    "Fichtner Home Exteriors did an outstanding job with installing TPO over low-slope and flat sections of our roof. There are not many companies that offer services for flat roofs and their team did an excellent job. From the initial contract proposal through all phases of the job, the staff was very professional, courteous, and also kept us informed of the project status. The roofing team did an excellent job with the entire installation, including matching the fascia to other areas of our home. I highly would recommend Fichtner Home Exteriors!"

    "Having been very pleased with the repair job Fichtner did several years ago, we turned to them again when our roof needed replacement. Fichtner's estimator, Mike Bafford, noticed that part of our roof was too shallow for the shingles that covered it. He was great at explaining the pros and cons of alternatives. He was also extremely responsive to phone calls and emails as we considered various insulation options. We were brought full shingles, not just the little 2" patches, of the colours on our short list so we could see how they look against the walls. Scheduling delays due to supply chain issues were explained in advance, and they were accurate. Tear-off of the old roof, repair of roof deck, and new installation of two types of roofing were completed in one day. Workers had safety harnesses. Plants were protected from debris by tarps. Cleaup was very thorough, including magnetic sweeping for loose nails and a second inspection the next day, when the dumpster was hauled away. I waited to write this review till we had some good rain. Well, the edge of Hurricane Ian has come and gone with no leaks or drips! Highly recommended!"

Their work is high quality; their pricing is competitive with other companies of equally superior reputation; their jobs are completed within the expected time frame; and their site clean-up is among the best available. However, what sets them above the rest, in my view, is their communications and transparency. They place a high priority on customer satisfaction, which is often sorely lacking with many other companies. In short, I don't think you will regret engaging this outfit for whatever home project you have in mind."
