    "Not a good experience. Alex kept promising the repairs would be done but it NEVER happened. Did a couple of small jobs and never came back to complete the remaining jobs, which I had paid for in advance. FINALLY got a refund after asking they cancel their promises on the two final jobs. The refund came with no explanation of the charges, and I actually thought the advance payment was some $75 more than I received, but it isn't worth any discussion with these people. The repairs they made were satisfactory to my knowledge, just would not return to complete a job that was paid for in advance. No recommendation from me."

    "This is a shell company that outsources everything (answering service and builders). I'm sure Force Roofing used to be good, but it is incredibly difficult to speak to an actual Force employee. I don't know how they have such a high rating on here other than bribing people to take low reviews down. Answering service people are VERY nice, but don't know anything about Force."
