"Had whole roof & 3 skylights installed in Sept 2021. One skylight leaked badly starting May 2023, damaging the ceiling & potentially causing mold. It took a couple of calls to get them to come out, and they said there was a build-up of leaves/debris at the top of the skylight that was causing water to come up into skylight, and for $300/time they would come out and blow leaves out and I should do 2-3 times/year (he did it this time). I indicated that for 15 years with previous skylight this did not occur (although I do generally clean debris off at least a couple times per year myself). About 2-3 weeks later, another skylight (which he had just cleaned debris off of) starting leaking, again damaging the ceiling in another room & potential causing mold. After 3 calls over 3 weeks they finally came out like they said they would, and this time said the skylights shouldn't be leaking and they will re-seal/weatherstrip "in about a week". Two weeks later they had not come so I just called; they indicated they said "1-2 weeks" (they didn't) and now say that the repairman will call me next week to schedule a time to come out. It has now been well over a month since I called about the 2nd leaking skylight...they may indeed be inundated with repair calls (quality problem?), but this is not acceptable, nor is the repeated promises that are not kept. Repairing/repainting ceilings alone will cost several hundred $s or more; and I'm not even sure how to ascertain/fix any mold issues that are a result of this potentially repeated leaking."

"I discontinued the services of GP Martini after noticing an large section of shingles were wavy across the entire span over the garage and main house. It is clear that chalk lines were not snapped and it was just eyeballed. I was supposed to use them for the siding of our house as well but after this clear carelessness, I cancelled my order with them and terminated the contract. No offer to correct the problem was offered."
