"Unprofessional, waste of time, pushy and misleading. That's how I would describe this company. We originally went through BJs home service, and they sent Green Star. Setting up the appointment was odd to start requiring both myself and my wife to be present. Why do you need 2 people at what was essentially a sales pitch rather than an estimate consultation, when only one of us would end up signing the contract. The salesman who came to the house originally was very nice and knowledgeable but a typical salesman. Up selling his product and down talking other products. I have no doubt that he truly believed what he was saying. He offered us multiple financing options which all sounded amazing, he talked about a lifetime warranty and how even if a ball went through the window they would come out and replace it no problem. He pushed for us to sign a contract that day (which went against every gut instinct I have) since there was a discount that he was offering that was only valid for that day and would not apply once he left the property. When we said we wanted to think about it he became pushier and wanted to know more why. When we said we needed time to think about spending $30k on windows (about $2k a window) he said something like "people know what their budget is" and he could wait in his car for few min while we talked it over. We bought it hook-line and sinker. When we got home and read the fine print, the warranty was not all inclusive as promised. The company reviews we all 5 star but the product review from the manufacturer were not, some stating the windows failed or broke in only a few years. We immediately tried reaching out to cancel (as we only had 3 days to do so per the contract). We could not reach anyone on a Saturday, so we signed the 2 forms they had included and emailed them to the company. I got a call that Monday from another pushy representative wanting to know why and when we explained he insisted we needed to sign another document and we scheduled a time for someone to come by expecting it to be a manager with a third cancelation form. This person was just another salesman wanting to know what he could do to change our minds. He did not have any other paperwork for us to sign. We said we didn't feel comfortable working with the company due to being misled by the previous salesman about the product and warranty, he got nasty and said how those negative reviews were for other products and how we would never find another company to give us a warranty we are looking for (we just wanted honesty and clarity, tell us it's a 20yr limited warranty that doesn't include acts of god or kids breaking it with a ball) and stormed out of the house. Would definitely not recommend."

"They left nails all over our yard and in the gutters. My husband has tried to reach out multiple times and they won't call back. Finance called and said that "it's not our department" and refused to direct us to someone who could. The roof doesn't look right there's bubbles. No one has come out to inspect. I wouldn't even give it a star if it was possible."
