    "So, I walked around my new home and I'm doing my 30 day Tarion warranty review. I got a blank piece of paper… Even the initial Tarion review, we only found four small items to have corrected. I have lived in three Greene homes and purchase two within the last four years. Each time they get better and evolve. The value for Greene homes is significant because of the fact it is improving both quality of work and products. Also the location which is absolutely the PRIME for living in Kingston. All of the homes purchased were through Holly Henderson. I have worked with many agents over the years. Holly was right to the point about the important things to look for logistical location and value. Real estate agents are a dime a dozen in Kingston but, I would definitely recommend her over the guys across the street or next door. Thanks guys!"

    "Reached out to the female realtor (Holly) listed for the Creekside development.. hoping for information about available lots for one of their models.. explaining we were re- locating yo Kingston. She was Impossible to reach by phone (office OR cell) Emailed her and she was nothing but vulture- like and clawing for a sale. Zero customer service skills demonstrated- her agenda- not ours was her priority. Provided useless info already available online- didn't answer our questions. transparent, pushy, clumsy, aggressive sales attitude. She wanted to book an immediate zoom call rather than provide preliminary info. Never got back to us on available lots that might fit what we were looking for. Less grabby sales and more customer service would benefit the Builder. Yuck! They've lost any potential customers here. "
