"Home Solutions of Iowa did an awesome job replacing my roof! Their office staff is pleasant to work with and helped me set up time for an estimate. Sam arrived on time and spent quite a bit of time examining my roof in detail looking for damaged areas and measuring for an accurate bid cost. He then spent time with me going over all of his data and the options for different shingles and other materials. He had a bid estimate for me that same day. When I signed the contract for the work the communication with me was regular and they let me know what to expect. When the crew arrived they were prompt and courteous and began work immediately. The project supervisor gave me regular updates on the work as it was happening. The crew were respectful of my property and did an excellent job of cleaning up the old materials, including all of the nails. When the job was completed the supervisor showed me the finished work and answered any questions I had. It was a stressful decision choosing a roofing contractor and I am so happy I went with Home Solutions of Iowa! They were A+ through the whole process and exceeded my expectations!"
