    "I had an appointment with this roofer. I also called again on the day to confirm the appointment. However, they didn't show up. And I called, no one answer the calls. I had to text them saying I don't live there and it took me an hour to get to this house. The person says he wanted to make up for me but when I gave him my address again, he did not respond at all. I am very disappointed cause my neighbors recommended them. I thought I would just use them without the need to interview other roofers. The way they reacted is unprofessional. I feel being discriminated."
