    "We interviewed two other roofing companies and were very impressed when Warren Knox came to estimate our job. His "no smoke and mirrors" approach was welcomed. He gave us an info packet with his certifications and awards as well as a four page list of his previous completed job to view. The team showed up and immediately stripped our large tile roof. No issues to reports other than they worked quickly and respected our property. They cleaned up thoroughly every day. When dry rot was found they provided photos and prompt estimates as well as competent repairs. We were very pleased with the finished product but even more pleased at the quality of the work and team that did the job. A first class experience!"

    "The roof they put on (2016) 4 years ago has leaked 5 times. given they do eventually come out and repair it a brand new roof shouldn't be leaking every single time it rains. Its causing damage to my walls and interior. I was told that the roofer that did the work used nails that were too short and they had to replace the whole peak. everything's been downhill from there. This last time I called because water was running into my bedroom they didn't even bother to come out. Not even sure what to do at this point cant afford another new roof and this one is under warranty still. I will call them again next time it rains. edit.. it is now 6 years later and it has leaked and needed fixing every single year since installation and twice this year. I need to call them again because its leaking in my bathroom... again..."
