    "Me and my husband was amazed of the worked that Lake of Bays Exterior Solutions done to our house siding. They did a great job and on time. Jason Bolduc didn't ask for a deposit when we signed the contract which most of contractors do. They started the work on our siding for a week and then asked for the payment incrementally till they finished the job. We highly recommend Lake Of Bays Exterior Solutions of the job well done"

    "Too bad there isn't a 0 stars option. This guy is completely shady. I had posted on Facebook that I was looking for a reliable roofing company to complete a steel roof in November 2022. He contacted me saying he was busy but he has a guy that could do it that was knowledgeable about steel roofs in the winter. He sent a guy that did not have a crew, but instead had hired random guys from the area through Facebook. None of these guys knew what they were doing and ended up not completing the job, leaving our ridge cap off. I messaged Jason (apparent owner) to let him know that the guy he referred to us didn't complete the project and he sent me novels about things like the framing not being done properly, and its winter so its harder to do steel (even though his initial message to me was that his company could do it even in the winter), and the ridge cap wasn't the right size (which we knew and had the right size ordered and delivered) and a bunch of other 'problems' as to why it was not completed. When I tried to tell him these weren't the issues and that I wouldn't be referring him to anyone, he threatened to sue me for leaving a bad review. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY."
