    "I needed help wrapping up the framing of my downstairs renovation--specifically installing 1x3 strapping over ~1,000 sqft of extremely uneven ceiling joists so that drywall could be hung. I showed this job to a few other GCs, who declined it due to all the complexity involved. However, Paul from Neil Kelly was committed to helping me solve my problem, and invested a ton of talent and thoughtfulness into devising a scalable way to get the ceiling within an 1/8 of an inch.     "Neil Kelly did a fantastic job. We needed a bathroom remodeled, and chose them based on their excellent reputation. I will say, it cost way more than I was expecting. Once we had started the design phase, I talked to a number of people who said they are expensive, but do fantastic work. We decided to bite the bullet and go with t them. Once into the construction phase, everything was excellent. Haven and Erika were a pleasure to work with. All the subcontractors were skilled and respectful. Everyone did a fantastic job. The project was done ahead of time. We love our new bathroom!"

    "Our relationship with Neil Kelly started in a big way (after a few small projects over the years) when we engaged them for a major remodel of a rental house back in 2013. The work included a total redo of the kitchen, two baths, all hardwood floors refinished, new roof, all new windows, and every wall repainted ... no room was left untouched. In the following years, NK has rebuilt the large deck that surrounds our home, remodeled a bath, refinished a large family room, installed a new roof with five new skylights, and many other smaller projects. So why did we stick with NK in all these efforts? The words listed above work well: Quality, Value, Professional, Responsive. If anything goes wrong NK fixes it, makes it right.
