"OMG. When I say I love my new windows, believe me when I say I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new windows. Especially my new BAY window that I had installed in my upstairs master bedroom. I didn't realize how much natural light I was missing until i got my new bay window. NuHome Exteriors installed 7 windows (double hung windows) plus my large bay window (which replaced three 37 inch double hung windows). The entire process was seamless. I enjoyed Mary, who did my initial measurements and worked with me to finalize a project to include everything I envisioned and within my budget. The NuHome crew who eventually installed my windows were very friendly and professional. They were courteous and took care to complete the project with little interruption and supervision. I was able to continue to work (I work from home) and the crew totally cleaned and disposed of any waste left from the project. They are truly top professionals. I was so pleased with the completion of the window project (and a past roof and gutter project), and my new windows (they are just so beautiful), that I have already began a new project, and NuHome will be completing this project as well."

"Having every window in your house replaced at one time was nothing I had experienced before, however, I am so glad I chose NuHome to provide my window replacements. Mary C. arrived promptly at my door exactly when agreed upon for the initial appointment. I had already done my homework on NuHome. I checked all the reviews including BBB. Everything was positive, actually glowing reviews.......so I wasn't worried about the company.........just bracing for the impact of the high pressure tactics. Mary is by far the best representative and advocate NuHome could have and after spending time with her, discussing all options, sealed the deal. There was no high-pressure gimmicks. She presented all the options and alternatives, answered all my questions on the spot and we closed the deal that day. When the windows finally arrived, Max L. contacted me to schedule the install. He was professional and courteous. On the day of the install, the crew arrived ahead of schedule so that they would be ready to go at the agreed upon time. Max L. lead the crew, along with the other team of great workers. All were friendly, courteous, and professional. They wasted no time getting to work and it was clear they were all professionals who had done this work before. It went off like the proverbial well-oiled machine. They managed to replace and install all my windows in a 4 story end-unit townhouse in one day. I felt bad for them as they trudged up 4 flights of stairs repeatedly during the day. When they were wrapping up, Max L. and I inspected every window, ensuring that I was happy with the install of each window while the rest of his team were vacuuming the house and cleaning up the outside of my house. I must admit that I was absolutely dreading "install" day. I was imagining the mess that I was going to be left with to clean up. To my absolute delight, when they left, I had no mess to clean up. I rated NuHome Exteriors with a 5 out of 5. In the market today, the bar that is set for Customer Service is already so low. We have learned to expect very little and usually receive even less. This is not the case with NuHome Exteriors. I have enjoyed meeting and chatting with everyone from NuHome. Top Quality company. Excellent products. Perfect install. Top notch customer service.
