    "When a section of roofing slid off down to the plywood last Fall, Mr. Penwell was there in 5 minutes to put up a patch that got us through the very active winter, 2020-21, no charge no strings. Of course he came on best of references and the new roof his crew put on this Spring is Outstanding! By the way, he'd have done it in the Fall, we were the delay. But he's a great guy that's happy to work with your situation. I watched the work, and was very impressed by Mr. Penwell's crew. Skilled, hard working, efficient, all around great work ethic that, sadly, isn't as common as it used to be.
