    "My experience with this company was awesome. They came to my home in Happy Jack, which is 2.5 hours from Phoenix. They quickly assessed the condition and determined there had been storm damage. They worked relentlessly with my insurance company to get full coverage for my whole roof, despite continuous pushback. They did a fantastic job on the roof.     "I don't know enough superlatives to describe my satisfaction with Phoenix Roofing and Repair. The administration was most impressive. Filing a claim against my insurance company was the furthest thing from my mind but Mike T, my initial contact, convinced me otherwise...thanks Mike! Josiah, an artist in negotiations, handled my insurance adjuster (and I mean handled), saving me several thousand beyond their initial offer...a service I've never seen in the trades before. This alone stands as exceptional. I expected to get $0 from my insurance company. Thanks to Josiah, I paid out of pocket just shy of $1,500.00 for tear off and installation of a new roof. Saving thousands of dollars was never expected...thanks Josiah! And many accolades to Jamie, who effortlessly brought it all together, making sure every detail was scrutinized and dealt with. She kept me informed on every item from what the insurance company was doing or not doing, to when materials were to arrive, etc. A well-oiled machine...thanks Jamie!
