    "We used Premier to do a new roof, siding, doors, and soffit replacement. I'll try and split this review into different categories to give a good picture of how things went with the project. Product Quality - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We're extremely happy with the quality of all the products Premier recommended and installed. Roofing - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was really where Premier shined the most for us. Felt like they were using their own staff instead of subcontracting. Totally not sure if that was true or not but the crew that did our roof showed up on time, paid very close attention to quality, worked efficiently and got the work done in a single day. Siding/Doors - ⭐⭐⭐ We went through several contractors to get this finished out. The original guys never showed up on the day they were supposed to start. The next guys did come on the day but they consistently showed up late and left early (my understanding is they lived quite far away from us). Seemed to more take their time on getting things done. Had quite a bit of re-work here and there for little things that they missed. While we didn't have any huge problems with them they just didn't seem up to the same quality we'd come to expect from interacting with other Premier staff. Project Management - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ All the Premier project managers we interacted with were amazing and did their best to keep us informed on project status and ad-hoc decisions that needed to be made. We felt they were very knowledgeable about their product and construction in general. Sales/Customer Service - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We worked with Austin Smoes. He was the first guy we talked to and the last guy we talked to on the job. He stayed with us on everything all the way through. Inspected the job-site regularly to confirm quality. Ensured things were ultimately done right or made right. In addition to being very knowledgable on everything we asked him on he also brought a positive attitude and fun to the entire process. Would recommend him to anyone. Thanks for the great work Austin!"
