    "We had sun tunnels installed by PPR. We were told that the installation of the 5 sun tunnels should only take 1 1/2 days max. However, after 3 days, they had only installed 4 of the 5 sun tunnels. One sun tunnel was *very* misplaced - by 3-4 feet!! This was *after* talking about where it should have been (which was parallel with the other one in the room, similar to the 2 in the kitchen). My wife was even home and said that they should ask if they had any questions, but they never checked in with her. After that major mistake, we decided not to have them install the final sun tunnel in the bathroom. When I contacted PPR to request a discount, due to them taking twice as long as we were told and grossly misplacing one of the sun tunnels, they refused and wouldn't even consider any compensation. In addition, they didn't do well cleaning up the site, and I nearly popped my car tire on a large piece of metal left in the driveway. On the positive side, the sun tunnels work well and haven't leaked. When we had trouble with the covers falling off, over and over again, they did send someone out within a week to fix them. The covers haven't fallen off since. However, since the net experience was overall negative, I would *never* recommend them to anyone and won't use them in the future for anything."
