    "On March 3, 2023 my home sustained roof damage from a storm. After contacting my insurance company an adjuster came out. The news soon came they would only pay for half a roof replacement. I contacted QE for roof repair and/or replacement. After signing a contract Jamie, a company representative, went to work on my behalf. There were no guarantees given but he assured me he would make every effort to bring a more positive resolution to my situation. He corresponded frequently with the company and furnished them copies of codes regulations. This information indicated their decision was in violation of these regulations. He further found a sample of the proposed replacement shingles that did not match. It became obvious that Jamie was familiar with insurance workings. His knowledge, passion and perseverance paid off. I have no doubt that only through his efforts did the company relent and pay for the full new roof that I enjoy today! W. Whitelow"

    "QE did my roof a year ago. I'm late with the review but life happened. I love my roof it looks amazing. Everyone was very professional and the communication was top notch. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I have nails protruding out everywhere in the attic. I don't use my attic often so I didn't notice several months until after the work had been completed. Other than that no complaints."
