    "I chose Renaissance for their positive reviews and friendliness of their office staff and sales person. Thats where the good stopped for my deck install. The project manager never showed up when he said he would (over 5 times he no showed/no communication). The frame of the deck is solid, no issues there. The details were another story. Dented and chipped boards, scratched railing, mangled siding, broken light during demo, damaged interior trim and paint when the slider was pulled… the list goes on. I shouldn't have to be the quality control guy. The dumpster, toilet and the excess materials were in my driveway for over a month for a 2 week job. Every part of this project was stressful, had issues and there are still currently things to fix (mangled J channel and only one screw was put into the bracket on the handrail. This was the worst experience by a mile I have ever had for a home project (which includes two roofs, two fences, gutters). Just terrible…"
