Storms like this, and most any other weather event in Michigan is why I highly recommend the premium underlayment on your new roof and a high quality install! It's the best and cheapest defense against leaks. The shingles are laid straight as an arrow, compared to most of the other houses around me, that are wavy looking. "From start to finish Roof One out of Pontiac, MI is my only choice (and should be yours too) for any type of roofing needs that you have. These guys are fantastic and on my recent addition, they made it look like it's been part of the existing roof line for years. The owner Steve is outstanding in his details and follow up and probably stopped by our house at least 5 different times before, during, and after to make sure I was happy with their work. We had a new roof put on by Roof One about 5-6 years ago as well, and almost half the houses in our subdivision used them as well after they saw the work that they did for me. The crews are always on time, they care about their work and the clean up is the best in the business. They truly take part in the work that they do and you can tell all employees are proud to work for Roof One. I would rank them higher than 5 stars if I could!"
