"Update: It's ridiculous how you just flew right over your bad work and blamed the builder. I , the homeowner personally spoke to your representative, who was rude and condescending. He wouldn't even admit that anything was wrong with the roof and blamed it on the roof angles of our home. He told me he had been in roofing for years and I didn't know what I am talking about. The more he talked, the more it became clear he didn't know what he was doing. why would I let him near my roof again? So we hired another roofing company, who had no issues with my roof angles , replaced the wet wood under the shingles and replaced the shingles . We have been living in our home for more than a year and we have had absolutely no issues so I can confidently recommend my builder anyday . Because my builder Anthony worked for me , the homeowner, which is what any good builder does. It's interesting that you admit that you did bad work but then you caution others about the builder. Caution all you want , the work speaks for itself. My builder hired this company to do the roof for our new construction. We used Owens corning shingles which were more expensive. 3 months later , this is what we got . when I tried to speak to their representative he said that I didn't know what I was talking about and I should let them worry about it. He said they would correct all their mistakes, but we had to sign a contract stating that they were not responsible for any future issues, and the most interesting of all, the homeowner shouldn't be on the property while they were doing repairs . We ended up hiring another company, tearing down the roof and replacing it . Everything was wrong. The underlay was lower quality and not what was recommended by Owens corning. water had seeped in and damaged the wood. The shingles were put in wrong and had to be replaced. This was in 2022. No , I am not mistaken. It was an expensive lesson. It cost us 37k to fix. We are in court now. Do not recommend."
