Marie and Leah always responded to all my calls quickly and made sure I knew exactly what was happening through the whole job. "I would not recommend Townhouse roofing to others. Because I had a new roof installed and it leak. After I reported the leak, they sent out a roofing inspector from Townhouse Roofing. He claimed that I needed to contact a plumber to repair water that was leaking from the exhaust fan pipe that exited thru the roof. The Inspector did seal the pipe with chalking after I pointed out to him that the pipe was an exhaust pipe from the restrooms. Townhouse roofing refuses to accept responsibility and did not repair the damage that the leak had cause inside my home. I will be contacting my insurance company and hopeful they will be able to solve the problem."
