    "After an absolutely abysmal experience with another company, I started looking for a local company that would be able to meet the quality that I had hoped for, but was less likely to try and hook me into a predatory loan for services I didn't need. I started with the GAF website and found RoofTop Solutions. They are one of the only GAF Master Elite contractors in the area. I spoke to them the next day and within 24 hours Travis was at my house with a quote. He had already prepared the measurements and only needed a 10-15 minute inspection to make sure that what they had prepared was going to meet our needs. He was honest and transparent about costs, warranties, and the timeline. At no point did he pressure me to sign or agree to anything. It was within the budget we had set and within the timeline we had hoped for. From the original estimate to the roof being completely installed was 20 days. There were no surprises when all was said and done and the one (slightly) unexpected change was communicated and approved before work started on it. Travis did a quality check on everything and made sure that the crew left everything how they found it. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone."

    "This is one of the worse companies I have ever tried to work with. They put a brand new roof on a house in August 2020. I purchased the house in November of that year and in February the roof was leaking in 4 places. They never replaced the rotten flashing and siding when they replaced the roof. It was brought to their attention with the inspection prior to purchase and we were told by prior owner it was repaired. Lance whom I assume is the head guy said he would help with repairs on the roof this past September and to this day have not heard a word from him. Below is a picture of their work"
