    "UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRESPONSIVE, PROPERTY DAMAGE! We are currently having our roof done by Smartroof and have run into numerous issues that remain unresolved. Do not be fooled by the professional salesmen they send out to sell you a roof replacement. The day workers that actually do the job are unprofessional, difficult to communicate with because they are not native English speakers and make massive messes. No one is responsive or cares if your dog or children are affected by debris, nails, sharp edges shingles thrown around your landscaping, hardscaping and lawn. The crews do not put protection on your landscaping or hardscaping or windows. They blow debris off hardscaping into flower beds in attempts to hide messes. There is zero effort made to salvage trees and bushes and landscaping. Nails being blown around the yard. Zero protection on gutters now filled with trash, nails, and debris. As I write this, my yard is an absolute mess and we have asked for resolutions that continue to be ignored. We have had security cameras, signage, and window screens broken. This is on top of the wrong color being initially put up! DO NOT BE FOOLED LIKE US BY THE PROMISE OF WHITE GLOVE SERVICE! Smartroof is as unprofessional as they come!"

    "The company helped me with the insurance company and did a good job installing my roof . However, they were difficult to get a hold of on open issues and the final punch list of items, which has left a bad taste in my mouth. They promised they would get a vendor to quote me a price to refinish around my skylight, but never did. I signed off on the project, because the skylight refinishing was supposed to be a change order, but then they just went into demanding the money mode and never sent the person out for the quote. This is an update to the original post above. They did the fix for free, although it took a little while, so I upgraded them to a 4. They are a quality company who meets the original objectives, but are very busy and sometimes hard to get a hold of to get things competed, although they make it right in the end!"
