    "Working with Superior Exteriors was an easy stress free process and everyone was great to deal with. First contact was through their website and expected to wait at least a day, but within an hour Elise in the office was calling to make arrangements. She even called to confirm the appointment the day before to remind and confirm. We were initially just lookng for new gutters and Matt came out to look and discuss options. He was on time, and tried very hard to make friends with both dogs. When we realized the roof was 20 years, he came back out to check it again and then discussed all the options and materials that would be used. No pressure ever, but very informative and made you feel comfortable through the process. Once we got going Aaron was very communictive about the actual project completion. Came out to survey before starting, said when he was going to bring materials out the day before work began. On site the whole time as his crew worked and the new roof is amazing. Anytime we had questions he would take the time to answer and explain why they were doing certain repairs removing and replacing trim that had gotten rotted from the old gutters. He even managed to make friends with the dog Matt could not! The gutter crew was great to work with, polite, efficient and everything looks like it was always there and not just replaced. Overall, very pleased with having them do all the work. They were so thorough in clean up I think my yard was cleaner after they left!"

    "Absolutely happy we went with this company after shopping around. We're extremely satisfied with the work provided. It was done very quickly and professionally, and the few minor issues we had were very quickly taken care of. Superior Exteriors went way above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our roof and the work they did, even going beyond what was required contractually by them to make sure we were satisfied. Our salesman Matt did a great job coming in and explaining our options to us clearly without wasting our time, he was very professional and personable, and stayed in close contact with us during the entire process! He was very respectful to our household, pets, and young daughter while he was here, and followed up again after the process was over to make sure everything was how we wanted. Our project manager Aaron was also very communicative and even helped us save some money on our skylights even after we agreed to a higher amount! He came by personally multiple times after the work was done to make sure everything was satisfactory, and did a last minute clean up of our driveway and sidewalk after the dumpster was removed, to make sure there were no nails left behind. Pretty sure they left our driveway and sidewalk better than it was when they got here! The workers were all extremely fast and professional, doing our entire roof tear down and rebuild with two skylights in a single day of work! All in all I can highly recommend Superior Exteriors for good, honest work. At multiple points in the process they could've easily made decisions that would have gotten them more money at our expense, and chose to cut us a deal on the work instead. Look no further for solid local roofing work!"
