    "UPDATE: Looks can be deceiving! If you see the pictures I shared, the roof looks very well done and coated to last! However, it didn't seem to do anything for more then a month! I had Symmetry Construction use a highly rated silicone roof coating for my flat roof with extra attention to a problem area near my back chimney, but nearly $2,000 later and I am not sure what the issue is but I am still having problems with a slow leak during really heavy rain! I did suggest flashing around the chimney could have been the cause as the caulking looked dry rotted when they were first out here, but that fell on deaf ears! Not that my opinion matters since I am not a contractor! Fast forward and I contacted Mike over the weekend about the leak. Was told he would be out Tuesday evening. Messaged Mike Tuesday morning to see about a time and was told his brother threw things on his schedule that he needed him to take care of and that he wouldn't be out. He told me he could be out Wednesday at 6 instead. 6 came and went without anything. Was then told at 6:30 he got stuck on another job and wouldn't be out. Asked about coming Thursday at 6 instead 15 minutes after his text and never heard anything. This update is being typed on Thursday at 7:15 and never heard anything. Am now left to look into having another company come out sometime this month to look at the issue and correct it. Depending on what they say will determine what direction I choose to go with Symmetry Construction and the work they did for me. In short, the initial job with Symmetry Construction goes smoothly when money is exchanging hands, but anything after that is at your own risk! PS - This was after I was misquoted the job by $300 that was an additional cost I had to pay because no official measurements were taken to purchase the right amount of product.
