    "A storm in April caused us to lose a large amount of shingles from our roof. We called T.C. Backer and that same day they were out to meet the 3rd party insurance inspector. Doug handled everything professionally and was available at all times of the day to discuss our claim process with us. Doug, also insured that we were able to get a full replacement for damages that occurred. He was upfront throughout the process and for that we are thankful. I would not hesitate to let them handle another claim at my property."

    "We used them for roof replacement. Sales person was knowledgeable and responsive. Project manager was less impressive and overall communication was not forthcoming. When she needed something, she reached out but never took the initiative to give us updates. Work was done while we weren't home which was a bonus but that also means we couldn't ask the workmen how it was going. Was promised it would take one day, but it took about 4 days to complete and the project manager only reached out the first time they needed to return. It just leaves you wondering what's going on and what exactly was done and when it will be finished. I will try them one more time, but if it isn't better- I won't be using them again."

    "In 2021 - 2022 TC Baker installed new windows, new roof and new gutters on my home. They completely transformed the look of my home for the better. The workmanship, materials and service we're all top notch. The whole TC Backer team is also a joy to work with and kept me updated throughout the project. Also, recently had roof damage due to a passing storm, called the Backer team and they got it repaired and as good as new quicker than I even thought possible.
