    "Save yourself a nightmare and find another company! Acri promises they are top quality when in fact it's complete trash. I wouldn't even put another one of their windows in my home if it was free. I've had 4 broken panes, leaking air, and now water damage. They are very unresponsive and take forever for repairs. The installation was incredibly unprofessional. The men were arguing about the music which was way to loud to begin with. The sales lady wants nothing to do with helping you once the sale is complete. My window was $12,000 and it's been repaired 4 times.The repair man got caulk all over the pane and never cleaned it up.I still need a pane replacement and not sure how the water damage will be fixed. My advice DON'T USE ACRI!"

    "do provide good installation service and quality products , door and windows were left wide open on our property at the end of the work day our home is being remodled and we were not liveing in it full time but it did still have our personal property in it the roofers entered the house and garage without discussing it with my first they left a rusty microwave and empty bottles cans on our front porch at the end of their work days they were provided with my contact number and the company was advised they could call and i would be at the siite within 5 minutes, the contract clearly stated all gutters were to be left for us as they were copper and we would dispose of them this was a recommendation of your salesman and i fully agreed yet the workers took all gutters away obviously they did not read the work instructions in the contract acri management agreed to reduce bill by $100 we will never know what the salvage brought"
