    "We just had a new roof put on yesterday, I've never experienced such professionalism from the project manager and the workers in my life. Since I contacted this company for a bid, it's been such a pleasure. From Ed, our first meeting with the company, then Parker, the project manager. The communication with everyone is spot on. They give you a time line when it will start and when it will end. They arrive on time, you can see pictures from the drone as they are doing the job. I've never seen anything like this..     "UPDATE....THEY ARE CURRENTLY WORKING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES. They came out (8-25-23) and installed a new pipe boot for both the furnace and electrical service mast. See new photo. Big Fish Contacting replaced the roof in July of 2017. Line 7 of the quote "stated," Install all new pipe boots, flashing and drip edge". This summer water damage showed up on the dining room ceiling. I asked them to look into it, they sent out a technician. Quote from big fish " Our tech was on site Monday July 31st, He found that the leak is coming from the cone at the bottom of the furnace heat stack. He put some sealant around it as a temporary fix but recommended for the customer to get an HVAC company to size him for a new cone. Shouldn't this have been replaced as part of the new roof? Is it not a pipe boot or flashing?? It also looks like the pipe flashing on the electrical service mast was not replaced. New roof, old flashing= water damage."

    "The team from the initial sales meeting to the installation was extremely professional and neat. I had gutters replaced and a new roof on my shed. They were very responsive and kept me in the loop throughout the project with texts and pictures. Brandon was great and even searched the entire work area upon completion for nails with a magnet. I've never had that done in all my projects. I always had to search and pick up nails, etc. I appreciated it since I have dogs who walk in that area. I would highly recommend them."
