    "We needed to get our roof replaced due to severe weather damage. When I called Topper Construction, they had someone come out the next day! Matt came prepared to discuss our situation. Before he came inside, he asked permission to "walk our roof" to visually check his information and take some photos for reference. He had come with information obtained from satellite pictures. During our short (because our time in valuable) visit, he explained the process, the materials to be used, and the warranty. He showed us samples of the materials that they use. He gave us an estimate and asked if we had any questions. He addressed our questions and concerns promptly and effectively. My husband and I decided to sign a contract and pay the deposit. We had already done our own homework and had received two other estimates. This was by far the best for our situation. He told us Leah, from the office, would call to set everything up. Within two days, everything was set. The job was completed within a week from our first contact! Carlos has his crew on site by 7:30 am. on the appointed day. They worked quickly and efficiently and had the job finished and thoroughly cleaned up the yard by the time it was dark."
