    "Started with good planning with no delivery. It's so sad to say promises were said, but services were VERY LACKING. I had to be the one actively asking for what was happening with the project. I can not rate the entire workmanship since I did not get any physical services for my roof. The sales pitch is very persuasive and promise driven, but the outcome is not there. I called, emailed, texted, and finally gave up since I have not heard from them for 2 weeks now. I had to find another roof company that could talk to talk and walk to walk."

    "They promised my HVAC system since May 30th and they did not do a thing! I had to file a claim with Better Business Bureau - and it still, to this day, unresolved. WARNING! Do NOT use this company! I will remove this posting when I learn that they honestly did refund the finance company. This company did not walk away from me. I walked away from them! I am a woman of similar descent from them. Don't play the racecard. Be honest; you have undeniably unsatisfactory service, poor communication to your selected customers, possibly intentionally aiming poor service towards women."
