Derrick Lawter took on the responsibility of general contractor to not only oversee the roofing but replacement of 10 storm windows, gutters, awnings ,and painting. He negotiated with the insurance company on replacement pricing costs, has kept me informed every step of the way on each faze of the repairs. He has definitely made this whole process as smooth as possible for me. Derrick you and Versatile are the best. it's refreshing to deal with a company and its employees that take pride in their work.
